Volunteer

We love our Volunteers! Thank you for supporting our students and program!
The Heritage Insturmental Music Program relies very heavily on parent participation. Maintaing a high coliber program requires a great deal of volunterr support from out familes. Our band director, his staff, and our talented hard-working kids need the help of every family.
To help, you need to complete the LPS volunteer clearance which is valid for 12 moths (i.e, this must be completed each school year). This clearance includes a background check and covers anyone who will spend time with the kids without the direct supervision of a LPS employee. Example could include working in uniform room, working on props, chaperoning etc. This is a background check fee associated with this clearance that will be noted on the LPS volunteer site.

If your volunteer role involves driving kids, you will need to fill out this additional form for drivers. We need lots of parent drivers for our Tag Day fundraising event, as well as for other trips throughout the year when there are no busses provided. Please let me know if you are able to volunteer and I will share the form with you.
